External services and UK data protection
Saltire Auto Solutions may use trusted external services to operate the website, manage bookings, issue quotes and invoices, communicate with customers, understand website usage and keep workshop records. - Email, WhatsApp or messaging services: communication with customers who choose those channels.
- Hosting, security and performance providers: website hosting, uptime, caching, security and logs.
- Google Analytics, where enabled: website traffic and performance insights after analytics consent.
- Microsoft Clarity, where enabled: heatmaps, session recordings, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement after analytics/experience consent.
- Maps or embedded tools: location display and website functionality where enabled.
What may be shared
Depending on the service used, data may include name, phone number, email address, vehicle registration, booking details, quote/invoice details, payment status, messages, IP address, device/browser information and website usage data.
